On 05/17/17, I picked up my dry cleaning and the total was $29.99. Instead, my card was charged $290.90. The lady who made the mistake basically told me it was my fault because I signed the iPad to verify the amount. I explained to her that I was not advised to verify the amount prior to hitting the "done" button. When I called to inquire when the refund would be made to my account, she told me that she had to call to find out. She called two different people and no one had an answer. She rudely advised me that, "you won't get it back today." I explained to her that I understood that but someone needs to tell me when I will get my money back. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
I love this place BUT they're on the expensive side but worth it.
TIP: Make sure you ask to verify the amount if you are paying with a debit card.
Its was a great laundrymat at first..but they slacking real hard..No laundry attendant around when the machines break down..They have an emergency number but no luck..This what happens when you try to support a black business..Won't be returning back.
This is the worst place you can come to wash, my clothes got stock in the washer and there's nobody to help you, there's a number for emergency and it just go to voicemail, worst place ever
