I had a reservation set to stay at this location. Arrived after midnight after a long day of traveling tired and ready to sleep, to be told my reservation had been cancelled. So I'm like who cancelled it and why? I was told the hotel cancelled it for NO SHOW!! So I'm like I'm then you can fix that because I'm here and according to my reservation and the hotel guaranteed policy states
the room was very clean and definitely recommend this hotel..plan on coming back when im in town
So you would expect some kind of accommodation but nothing. Was told only one room left and it's a more expensive room and I'll have to pay the difference. So ask for a manager was told it's to late to call a manager. I ended up getting a hotel somewhere else.. I recommend no one stay at this place. I don't think they know what customer service is..

Very nice people helpful rooms nice had everything I needed stayed 4 nights because truck break down if I'm ever in area again I will stay here
Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Has a lot of movie channels and they are pet friendly so overall i dont have any complaints at all
