9.6.17 Update: My account was finally adjusted to the correct amount. No additional issues over the past 30 days and I love the cleanliness of the units and facility. Increased my rating from a 1 star to 3 stars.
Very basic, gate hours are too limited, a building map would've been helpful to know where all the elevators and bathroom are. There are limited carts available and can only be obtained through the office (rather than in the elevator area). This a rather large location with alot of outdoor units and a huge 3 story building with multiple elevators and access points. The two stars are for the Public Storage company. They needs to revise their policy about transferring units. Existing customers can not reserve units and don't get a discount for upgrading.
My experience here over the last 4 years has been exceptional! I am pleased with the service, staff and facilities at this location. Lakeisha and Okeedra have always been extremely helpful and efficient with all of my needs and concerns. Although I'm moving out today, should I have storage needs in the future, I will be back!!! I appreciate you ladies!

Laura and Keeda provided great customer service. Both ladies were very helpful and welcoming once I arrived at the location. Took the time to explain everything to me and walk me over to the location to make sure I will be happy with my unit.
Bait & Switch!!! I reserved my unit online at a specific price. When I arrived i was switched to different unit (same size) at a much higher price. The Manager on duty (Ms. Laura) was extremely helpful, professional & polite. She told me since I arrived at the unit with my furniture to take the higher price unit and my bill would be adjusted. After several phone calls, several office visits and 30 days later the price has not been adjusted and was told that I should just pay full price. WTH? I may have to move my belongings again... This is a nightmare!!!!
Orkeedra was extremely helpful and efficient. Overall please with the service as well as the appearance of this facility. I walked in, confirmed my reservation and immediately shown my storage garage. A great experience.
