Didn't offer to reduce repair bill for the trip charge.
Didn't appreciate this deception so we took our business to another contractor. Their loss as we have multiple buildings in the area that will need roofing work in future. BEWARE
Charge you a "trip" charge to come look at your roof. Beware no others do this, don't tell you up front.
