Came highly recommended...they replaced my sister's roof...good, so I will call them. First time calling, talked to the receptionist and left my contact info...no call back. Called back again - ONLY because they were highly recommended and this time talked to James. He wholeheartedly apologized for not calling the first time - he wasn't sure what happened.
Ok then...let's move forward is my response. He set an appt time with me to come out - and he never showed or called! WTH!! Called one more time and left a msg on their answering machine because their lines were all tied up and guess what - no call back!! WTH again!! Well 3 strikes and your're out dude!! Not gonna beg a company to take my money - recommended or not!
They came out and did what they said they would do. They did the job right and I had no problems!! I would like to recognize James and David.They were both very professional and did anything we wanted done. It was very top notch and I was impressed. I appreciate the service and team. Thanks again!
